胡乃军表示，由于一些商家的囤积行为，猪肉价格近期大幅上涨，但由于生猪有周期，且中国生猪产业已经实现工业化，猪肉价格不可能继续上涨，肯定会下跌。

胡乃军表示，从长期趋势来看，蔬菜价格将超过猪肉和鸡肉价格。中国的养猪业和养鸡业已经实现了工业化，猪肉和鸡肉的生产周期正在缩短，成本在下降，产量在扩大，所以价格不能太高。然而，很难实现蔬菜的大规模生产，必须人工种植。然而，劳动力成本越来越贵，蔬菜价格也会相应上涨。(中国经济网记者杨娜)
